The Estate opens its doors to you all year round. Large family,
friends gathered together… together, you will find at La Trémellerie, a promise of moments of sharing and intense communion!
The house and its outbuilding offer accommodation capacity for up to 24 people according to your needs, a heated SWIMMING POOL from mid-May to mid-October, a SAUNA area with MASSAGE ROOM as well as an outdoor SPA. For training courses, seminars and events, a large 80 m² activity room full of charm is perfectly equipped, heated, cooled. House and outbuildings include seven double bedrooms with 180 or twin beds depending on needs, a dormitory, a single bedroom, an office with sleeping accommodation, 2 bathrooms and 5 shower rooms, 7 toilets and all the modern comforts for a comfortable and warm stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, large tables are possible inside and outside. Large oven, barbecue, plancha, the kitchen hands are never disappointed! The 5 hectare Estate is enclosed by walls. It is both in the heart of the small peaceful village of Saint-Privé and in direct connection with very preserved nature. The site allows for many fun or collaborative activities:
SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, SPA, PETANQUE AND MARKET GARDENING
From mid-May to the end of mid-October, the heated swimming pool of La Trémellerie (12m x 5m) allows you to swim, aquagym, bathe and relax on the many deckchairs of its large wooden terrace. A SAUNA 4 to 5 people with free access as well as a JACUZZI 4 to 5 people. The MASSAGE room allows you to have a massage by a masseuse that we will recommend to you. A pétanque ground enhances your early evenings. As part of the courses only, you can learn or share your knowledge in market gardening, by participating in the many works supervised by Cécile in the organic vegetable garden
PAINT
Following in the footsteps of the painter Henri Harpignies who lived at La Trémellerie for 40 years, a painting workshop is available to let you be inspired by the nature of the property and its surroundings. Remember to bring your own consumables.
HIKING
Puisaye is full of pretty paths between pastures, fields and forests.

Experienced service providers guide you along the trails from the magnificent Château de Saint-Fargeau to Lac du Bourdon, the Châteaux of Guedelon, La Bussière and Ratilly

The Domaine de La Trémellerie puts you in touch with the equestrian center
the most suitable for your level, your age and your desires, for resumptions, beautiful hikes of an hour, a day, or more! Your children can be welcomed for the day or the week during school holidays.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rentals are by the week. In low and mid season, however, it is possible to rent the estate for 4 days. It can only be rented in its entirety. Weekly rates range from €1,700 to €3,600. These rates do not include the cleaning fee (€450), laundry (€120), heating in season (€200) and local tourist taxes.

* Weekly from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
* 50% deposit upon order, 50% minimum 2 weeks before arrival
* Mandatory cleaning package €500 or €650
* Household linen 12€ per person (sheets, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, pool towels)
* Security deposit of 3,000 euros (not cashed)
* Civil liability insurance certificate
* Signing of a waiver for use of the swimming pool
SERVICES INCLUDED
* Presence of high-speed free Wi-Fi throughout the house
* The 12 x 5 meter swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees from the beginning of May to the end of September. The gardener takes care of it 1 to 2 times a week. The lawn is mowed once a week
* SAUNA and JACUZZI with free access
